• Historical flash back to the massage manual operations, to the methods of boby training and to the nutritions habits

• Personalization of needs and methods of balancing them

• Definition of massage and its types

• Respiratory massage, techniques, application and results

• Visceral massage, techniques, application and results

• Energy massage, techniques and benefits

• Combination of massage to relieve unhealthy conditions (eg smoking)

• Experiential participation in exercises and massage skills development activities

TARGET AUDIENCE :

The seminar is not only addressed to therapists but also to anyone who loves the subject and cares about it, since the cognitive fields start from the basic stages of the massage to end up injecting each one a different way of thinking and action, free of stress and habits harmful to health, such as smoking.

COST: EUR 1500 (-10% for early participation).

The cost of attendance covers the costs of the 15-hour lessons and training course, food, housing, lectures, visiting museums or archaeological sites or other points of interest.

At the end of the attendance of the seminar, the participants receive a certificate of attendance together with a brief guide of advice and observations related to the subject of the experiential seminar.
